The Court: Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits, by placing reliance on the compliance report filed today by two of the alleged contemnors, that the order of this Court has been complied with by making all the disbursals. Learned counsel further submits that insofar as the third contemnor is concerned, the said alleged contemnor had no role to play in the disbursal and as such, no separate affidavit has been used by the said contemnor. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the money has been disbursed in compliance to the order of this Court.

Accordingly, CC 26 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous in view of the above observations.
