The Court:-The petitioners in the writ petition prayed for demolishing the illegal construction at the premises No.20B, Bethune Row, Ward-26, Borough-IV, Police station- Burtolla, Kolkata-700 006.

Learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has taken instruction that the demolition was scheduled on 25th August, 2022 and the same has already been executed in the presence of the petitioners. As the relief prayed for by the petitioners has already been granted by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
