...for the respondents The Court : Appeal is at the behest of a party to a suit. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge, dismissed the application filed by the appellant for deletion of the name of the defendant nos. 2 and 4 from the suit.

Foundational basis of the application for deletion made by the defendant nos.2 and 4 in the suit is a circular of the High Court of Delhi. In view of the circular dated August 27, 2025, the application filed by the defendant nos. 2 and 4 should be reconsidered by the learned Single Judge.

In such circumstances, the impugned judgment and order is set aside.

IA No. GA/1/2023 is remanded to the learned Single Judge for fresh adjudication.
