...for KMC/respondents The Court : By an order dated 15th October, 2020, the respondent no.5 KMC authorities was directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within 19th October, 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order was communicated to him on 17th October, 2020, the accompanying sketch map which would give clarity to the order was not furnished to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the KMC authorities submits that the sketch map was not furnished due to inadvertence and will be furnished once the Office of the KMC opens.

Let the sketch map accompanying the order dated 15th October, 2020 communicated on 17th October, 2020 be furnished to the petitioner by 6th November, 2020.

With the above direction, WPO 259 of 2020 along with GA 1 of 2020 (Old No.GA 1164 of 2020) is disposed of.
