The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The husband of the deceased predeceased her. The only daughter and one of the sons of the testatrix died subsequently leaving behind their respective legal heirs. Another son is the applicant for letters of administration. The other son and the grandchildren of the deceased have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
