The Court: A point of maintainability has been taken by the respondent.

The appellant says that the order under appeal has been overtaken by a subsequent order, by virtue whereof the bank account of the appellant has been frozen.

Since the appellant accepts that the appeal may have become infructuous because of the subsequent event, the issue of maintainability is not addressed. The parties should make every endeavour to have the main matter disposed of.

APO No. 85 of 2020 along with the interim applications therein stand dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
