The Court:- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that subsequent to filing of the present petition, corporate insolvency proceedings have already been taken against the respondent no.1 and the petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted by the NCLT by order dated 3rd November, 2021. Therefore, the applicant now wants to withdraw the present AP with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the other respondents. The prayer is allowed.
