It is mentioned in the Report that both the parties unconditionally intended to withdraw the suits. Let the final report of the mediation be accepted. In terms of the Report of the Mediator the suit may be disposed of as withdrawn. The authenticated copy of the final report of the Mediator shall be part of the decree and the decree may be drawn up accordingly.

The suits along with all pending applications are disposed of in terms of the final report of the Mediator.
