Heard Sri Akash Dutta, learned counsel for the appellant. 2.

The appellant made deposit by TR-6 challans which were found to be fake which caused the notices to be issued and confirmation of demand against the appellant with consequential penalties. Concurrent findings of facts have been recorded by the Tribunal and the authorities below in this regard. No substantial question of law is involved. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed at the admission stage. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
