Ms. Dipika Banu, learned Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2025 praying for amendment in the affidavit of assets in connection with PLA/105/2024.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 4th September, 2024, this Court has granted Letters of Administration and Letters of Administration has been issued. When the petitioner has processed in terms of the Letters of Administration granted by this Court, the petitioner found that several deposits are lying with the State Bank of India and other Banks which are not the part of affidavit of assets and as such the petitioner intends to amend the affidavit of assets by incorporating the said details.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application.

This Court finds that the amendment as sought for by the petitioner is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the application for grant of Letters of Administration. 6.

Accordingly, prayers (a) to (d) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
