This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India along with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed by the petitioner against the alleged contemnors for violation of the order dated 15th December, 2010 passed by His Lordship Justice Indira Banerjee in WP No.1528 of 2010. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Considered. The contempt application being CC/33/2011 stands dismissed for default.
