The matter is mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner for correction in the order dated 19th February, 2025. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct date of death of the testator is 14th May, 2020 but inadvertently in page no. 1, paragraph-2, line no. 3 the date of death of the testator is recorded as '18th December, 2020' instead of '14th May, 2020'.

Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 19th February, 2025 at page no. 1, paragraph2, line no. 3 the date of death of the testator shall be read as '14th May, 2020' instead of '18th December, 2020'.

This order may be incorporated with the order dated 19th February, 2025.
