Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record and submissions of the parties and particularly the prayer of the petitioner for expeditious disposal of its appeal in question relating to assessment year 2016-17 which was filed long back on 19th January, 2019, this writ petition being WPO 243 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the National Faceless Assessment Centre (NFAC) concerned to consider and dispose of the appeal in question filed by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
