...for respondent The Court:- The two letters of November 11, 2024 and March 18, 2025 filed in Court today, be kept with the records. A writ petition was preferred challenging the classification of the appellants'/petitioners' account as a non-performing asset by the respondent no.2 herein. The said writ petition was disposed of by a Judgment and Order of 11th March, 2024 thereby dismissing the same. The Judgment and Order of 11th March, 2024 is assailed before us in the present appeal. However, before the

appeal is moved, we are informed that the parties (appellants, respondent no.2 and respondent no.3) have settled the matter. Mr. Agarwal, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has placed two letters of November 11, 2024 and March 18, 2025, recording such settlement between the parties.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be decided in this appeal in view of the settlement.

The appeal and the connected application are disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
