...for the alleged contemnor The Court: The petitioner complains of violation of the order dated February 3, 2021.

By such order defendant was permitted to furnish cash security before the Registrar, Original Side to the tune of Rs. 64,50,000/- as security for the claim of the plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. According to the petitioner, the defendant failed to furnish security as permitted. In my view, the failure of furnishing of security as was permitted by the order dated February 3, 2021 does not sound any contempt. CC 27 of 2021 is disposed of.

This order will not prevent the plaintiff for taking appropriate step in the suit. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) TR/
