...for the Official Liquidator The Court :- It is submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that a connected proceeding being CP/686/2016 pertaining to the company (in liquidation) has already been transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Official Liquidator, CP/178/2016 stands transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal. The Department shall treat CP/178/2016 as disposed of insofar as the records of this Court are concerned.
