The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the award-debtor hands over a demand draft of Rs.75,000/- to the petitioner. With regard to the balance amount, the award-debtor has submitted in Court that he is willing to pay the same in fourteen equal monthly instalment. The monthly instalment shall commence from January, 2023. The payment should be made to the petitioner by 7th of each month. In case of default, petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh execution application.
