The petitioners seek dismissal of the representation dated 28.2.2025 filed before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation states that the authorities are ready and willing to decide the petitioners' representation dated 28.2.2025 in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made by the respondent no.5, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client shall be satisfied if the same is decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the said submission made by the parties, this court directs the respondent no.5 to decide the petitioners' representation dated 28.2.2025 within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording

an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as the private respondent or any other stakeholders by way of a speaking order. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. Affidavit of service filed in court today be taken on record. (GAURANG KANTH, J.) pkd.
