An application for review has been filed by the respondents seeking review of the direction recorded in paragraph 11 of the order dated 11th March, 2025. The said paragraph takes note of a circular dated 10th January, 2017 which contains the Right of First Refusal to the proponent. 2.

According to the review applicants, the policy relating to new ideas and Unsolicited Non-Fare Revenue Proposals are independent of each other. The New Innovative Non-Fare Revenue Idea Scheme and the Unsolicited NonFare Revenue Proposal are different policies. 3.

The Right of First Refusal which is applicable in respect of Unsolicited NonFare Revenue Proposals will not be applicable in case of new idea scheme. 4.

Learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to exercise the Right of First Refusal.

In view of the above, the paragraph 11 of the order dated 11th March, 2025 stands deleted from the said order.

The review application and the connected application stand disposed of. 7.
