The Court: This is an application under Section 12 read with Section 13 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petitioner in all fairness concedes that at this stage, there is no substance in the challenge to the authority and jurisdiction of the Arbitrator. The arbitral proceedings are at a nascent stage. The pleadings have been completed and the matter has been fixed for evidence.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, APCOM/475/2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that the Learned Arbitrator shall proceed in accordance with law without being influenced by the filing of this application. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) s.pal
