Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 5th January, 2023, this Court has granted Letters of Administration. After the grant of Letters of Administration, the petitioner has found further two properties i.e. half share in the apartment no.1203 on 12th floor, Tower 2 having a super area of 2041 sq. ft. along with two car parking spaces in the gardens at Uniworld City, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700156 and locker being safety locker no.572 with Indian Bank, Lake Road Branch, 111, Southern Avenue, Hemanta Mukherjee Sarani, Lake Terrace, Ballygunge, Kolkata700029 connected with account no.SB-6614 (479405344). Counsel for the petitioner prays for amendment in the affidavit of assets.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has also entitled to get the deed registered through Bengal Unitech Universal Infrastructure Private Limited and, as such, he prays for direction upon the said party to hand over the possession of the said flat and to execute the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. This Court finds that the amendment as sought for by the petitioner is formal in nature and is necessary for the purpose of administration of the properties of the deceased. This Court also finds that the petitioner is also entitled to get the above mentioned flat recorded in her name and to get the possession of the said flat.

In view of the above, prayers (a) to (e) of the Master's Summons is allowed.

GA/1/2025 is disposed of.

In the amendment portion of the affidavit of assets at page no.111, the address of the bank shall be read as "111" instead of "110". (KRISHNA RAO, J.) sp3
