The Court:- The petitioner is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has instructions to withdraw the present application. The respondents are represented and submit that though the matter has been settled, the No Dues Certificate has yet been issued to the respondents. It appears from the earlier orders that on repeated occasions i.e., on 3 December 2020, 30 September 2021 and 10 November 2021 repeated adjournments were sought on behalf of the petitioner.
