Mr. Roshan Sengupta, Advocate for the defendant. The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff which is not disputed by the defendant that the parties have resolved the disputes being the subject matter of the suit by way of an out of Court settlement. The plaintiff is, therefore, no more interested to proceed with the suit. The parties say that they do not also wish to file any terms of settlement but only have it recorded that the disputes have been resolved amicably out of Court. The written instruction dated 28th August, 2023 received from the plaintiff by Mr. Anurag Bagaria, learned Advocate representing the plaintiff is placed before the Court which is taken on record. By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on the day's list and is disposed of by recording that the issues involved in the suit have been amicably settled out of Court and neither the plaintiff nor the defendant has

any claim as against each other.

All connected applications now pending also stand disposed of without any further order as the suit itself is disposed of in view of the settlement.
