A copy of the application has been served upon the respondents. The respondents do not object to the prayer of the petitioner. Considering the materials on record, the time to make and publish the award by the sole Arbitrator is extended till April 30, 2021.

If necessary, the Arbitrator shall hold the arbitral proceeding on virtual mode and on day to day basis. The parties shall cooperate with the Arbitrator and conclude their oral arguments within the month of February, 2021. With the above directions, the application, AP No.258 of 2020, stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
