The Court : The plaintiff and the defendant no.2 in the Admiralty Suit have approached this Court stating that the claim of the plaintiff has been settled out of Court. It is submitted by the plaintiff that in view of the certain out of Court settlement with the defendants, it intends to withdraw the Admiralty Suit.

Under the circumstances, Admiralty Suit No. AS 4 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders passed in the Admiralty Suit stand vacated.

All parties, including the statutory authorities shall act on website copies of this order.

The applications being GA 1 of 2020 and GA 2 of 2020 stand disposed of accordingly.
