... for the Respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4 The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that certain documents have come to his possession which were not available with him at the time when the writ petition was drafted and filed. These documents have an important bearing with regard to the issues involved in the matter. The petitioner further seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh on the self-same ground incorporating the documents which have come to his possession after filing of the writ petition with the reliefs on basis thereof.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs with liberty to file afresh on the self-same ground incorporating the documents which have come to the petitioner's possession after filing of the writ petition and claiming further relief on the basis thereof.
