Learned counsel appearing for the award-holder submits that the principal plus interest component of Rs.5 lakhs has already been paid and all the formalities are complete in this regard. Counsel wishes to withdraw the execution case.

EC/122/2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Needless to say, the award-holder will not have any claims against the award-debtor in future with regard to the dispute which is the subject matter of the Award.
