The Court:- The matter had been fixed for the limited purpose to ensure that the Receiver be paid the remuneration in terms of the earlier order of Court. It is submitted on behalf of the West Bengal Cooperative Spinning Mills Limited that the Receiver has been paid the entire remuneration. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in this application, EC/85/2017 stands disposed of. The connected interlocutory application being GA/1/2019 also stands disposed of as infructuous.
