The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submit that disputes between the parties to the arbitration petition have been settled, as recorded in a Terms of Settlement dated 22nd July, 2021. It is submitted that under the Terms, the respective advocates of the parties would act as Joint Receivers for taking necessary steps for managing the Terms of Settlement so that further disputes do not arise between the parties in future.

The Terms of Settlement are handed up in Court and are kept on record.

In view of the above, AP/241/2021 is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
