..for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner has filed the present application being GA No. 1 of 2023 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in connection with PLA No. 142 of 2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted Letters of Administration on 8th April, 2022 but within the prescribed time the petitioner could not file the inventory and accounts as the petitioner had been to abroad for official work frequently. Counsel for the plaintiff prays for grant of two weeks time to file inventory and accounts. Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, perused the application.

It is found from record that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for non-filing of the inventory and accounts within the prescribed time.

Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed. The petitioner is granted leave to file inventory and accounts within two weeks time from date.

GA No. 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
