...for the respondents The Court:- There is no dispute regarding the arbitrability of the issues and as regards there being an arbitration clause, within the purview of which the present dispute comes.

Learned counsel for the respondents primarily opposes the name of the arbitrator as mentioned by the petitioner in the notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19969.

In view of such disagreement between the parties, AP/103/2023 is allowed, thereby appointing Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury (Mob: 9830015791 ), an Advocate practising in this Court and a member of the Bar Library Club, as the sole arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties, subject to obtaining his declaration/consent under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
