The Court: Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Receiver has taken possession of the property and the arbitration has also commenced in this matter.

In light of the same, the interim order passed shall continue for a period of eight weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator, whichever is earlier.

Parties shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before the Arbitrator. In this Section 9 application no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, AP/48/2022 is disposed of.
