The Court: Mr. Sakya Sen, learned counsel, is appearing for the plaintiff. Mr. Atish Ghosh, learned counsel, is appearing for the defendant. The plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of money against the defendant.

The plaintiff has also filed an application being GA-COM/1/2024 praying for securing the admitted amount by the defendant. During the pendency of the suit and the interlocutory application, the plaintiff and the defendant have settled their disputes and have entered into Terms of Settlement on 6th May, 2024.

Considering the Terms of Settlement, this Court finds that there is no impediment for accepting the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties.

Accordingly, on the basis of Terms of Settlement entered between the parties on 6th May, 2024, CS-COM/623/2024 is disposed of. The Department is directed to draw up the decree by making Terms of Settlement as part of decree.

Consequently, all connected interlocutory applications are also disposed of.
