The Court: The Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner in the execution case seeks to withdraw the matter on the basis of a communication received from the petitioner on 23rd August, 2021.

A copy of the said communication is kept with the record. It is submitted that the execution case was filed within two years from the date of the award and no interim orders had been passed in the present case. In view of the above, EC 162 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of in terms of this order.
