...for the defendant no. 1 The Court:- The instant application, namely, GA/6/2024 is filed in terms of the Order of the Division Bench dated 3rd December, 2024 praying for impleading the executor of the Will as a party. In terms of the Order dated 3rd December, 2024, the Division Bench directed that the Executor may be impleaded as a party in the present suit. A supplementary affidavit is filed containing proposed amendments. Mrs. Mukherjee, Learned Senior Counsel for the defendant no. 1 did not raise any objection in view of the order passed and observations made by the Division Bench.

Let prayers (a) to (d) of the Master's Summons be allowed. The department is directed to carry out the amendments.

Since no affidavit is filed, allegations, if any, shall not be deemed to be admitted.

GA/6/2024 stands disposed of accordingly.
