The Court : Mr. Bag, Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the authority has passed an order upon the representation made by the petitioners. He further submits that the order is extremely cryptic and is required to be set aside. He, however, fairly submits that it may be wiser to withdraw this writ petition and assail the order passed by the authorities in a fresh writ petition.

In light of the above, the writ petition being WPO No.286 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the petitioners to file afresh on the self-same cause of action and/or with reference to new development that has taken place.
