The Court:-Petitioners filed the present writ petition alleging illegal and unauthorized construction at 37/1, Shibnarayan Das Lane, Ward No.38, Borough No.-IV, Kolkata-700006 under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has obtained instruction wherefrom it appears that the said premises could not be located.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the correct address of the premises where unauthorized construction is being made is 37, Shibnarayan Das Lane, Kolkata-700006.

It will be open for the petitioners to file appropriate application before the concerned authority giving proper address and the details of the unauthorized construction that is being carried on.

In the event such an objection is made, the same shall be taken up for consideration by the concerned authority in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
