On 6th July, 2022 again, the matter was listed but none appeared on behalf of the either of the parties and for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till today. Again the matter was called today but none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for.

It reveals from the record that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter .

Hence, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss CS/65/2018 for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
