The Court :- Affidavit affirmed on 13th June, 2025 by Biswajit Kar who is the executor under the subject Will and the applicant for grant of probate is taken on record.

The executor has undertaken to look after and provide proper maintenance, medical treatment and residence to his elder brother Sri Surojit Kar alias Sri Tarak Kar who is mentally challenged since his birth. In view of such undertaking, the probate is granted with such undertaking embedded therein.
