The Court : It is submitted by the alleged contemnor that the order under contempt has been duly complied with, however, subsequent to the filing of the contempt application. The order under contempt being one dated 14th December, 2023 passed in GA 1 of 2023 filed in PLA 332 of 2023 directed the Manager, HDFC Bank, Manicktala Branch to open a locker said to be forming part of the estate being the subject matter of PLA 332 of 2023. It is submitted by the alleged contemnor that the locker has been opened, the articles lying therein have been inventorised and valued as directed. This position is admitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt proceedings. The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of recording compliance of the order under contempt.
