The Court :- Learned Advocate for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the aggrieved parties have not preferred any appeal against the demolition order. It is further submitted that steps shall be taken for implementation of the order of demolition in accordance with law, but according to the date of the order. Earlier

pending cases shall be liquidated and thereafter steps shall be taken to implement the order involved in this writ petition. Report of the police authority is taken on record. Under such circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition, save and except, that the Corporation shall act and proceed in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, upon issuing one last notice to the person responsible.

The time period mentioned hereinabove shall be mandatory. If required, the police shall co-operate with the Corporation and provide necessary assistance.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
