O R D E R

Present application has been filed under Section 11(6) (a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of the arbitrator for settlement of the disputes between the parties.

At the time of hearing it was not disputed by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties that there is a valid arbitration clause in the insurance policy. 3.

Learned Counsel for both the parties have agreed to appoint Mr. Mani Shanker Dwivedy (Retired District Judge), resident of P-124, Kalandi Housing Estate, Kolkata- 700 089, (Mob No. - 9903143132) to resolve the disputes sought to be raised

A.P. No.251 of 2021 by both the parties. Accordingly, Mr. Mani Shanker Dwivedy is appointed as arbitrator to settle the disputes between the parties.

The present application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be sent to Mr. Mani Shanker Dwivedy by the Registrar General of this Court.
