The Court: The report filed by Officer-in-Charge, Taltala Police Station dated 14th March, 2023 be kept with the records. A supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners in Court is also taken on record.

The petitioners complain of alleged inaction by the Taltala Police Station in respect of complaint dated 31st January, 2023. It is submitted that the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 have threatened and intimidated the petitioners. The petitioners are purchasers of a flat

premises. There are disputes and differences with regard to the scope of purchase i.e., as to whether it includes car parking space or not. The disputes between the petitioners and the private respondents are purely civil in nature and may be agitated before a civil forum. The Taltala Police Station have registered FIR No. 18 dated 7th February, 2023 under Section 509/506/34 IPC in respect of allegations of threatening, abusing and intimidating the petitioners.

Let investigation into the subject FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from date. WPO/481/2023 stands disposed of.
