This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 24th February, 2023 by which an interim order was passed for which the appellant was aggrieved. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the appellant that during the pendency of this appeal the writ petition itself has been disposed of by the Learned Single Bench by order dated 20th March, 2023.

In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. The same stands dismissed.
