The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is submitted by both the parties that the Arbitrator has concluded the hearing and only requires time to pass the final award. I have considered the averments made in the application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient reasons and good cause as to why the arbitral proceeding could not be concluded within the specified time period. By consent of the parties the time to publish the award stands extended peremptorily by a period of three months from the date of passing of this order.
