THE COURT: We have heard learned counsel for the appellant for some time. The appellant was one of the private respondents in the writ petition. Learned single Judge has directed the implementation of an order issued by Kolkata Municipal Corporation under Section 400(8) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act. The appellant is aggrieved by such order.

On instruction, learned advocate for the appellant prays for leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to pursue appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. Such leave is granted. The appeal and the applications are accordingly disposed of reserving liberty to the appellant to ventilate his grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
