Considering the submissions and in view of the fact that the instant writ petition is pending since 2014, this Court has every reason to hold that the reason does not want to proceed with the instant writ petition diligently. Accordingly, due to lack of interest on behalf of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
