The Registrar, Insolvency of this Court has filed a report. From the report it reveals that initially the petitioner has filed an amendment application being GA/1/2021 which was dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 10th March, 2021 with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed another application for amendment being GA/2/2021 and the matter was taken up for hearing on 10th November, 2021 and this Court has granted leave to the petitioner to withdraw the probate application being PLA/147/2019 with liberty to file afresh with appropriate amendment as prayed for in GA/2/2021. In spite of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has not filed any fresh application. Accordingly, PLA/147/2019 is dismissed for default. Consequently, pending interlocutory application, if any, is also dismissed for default.
