2. Counsel for the plaintiffs prays for leave to withdraw the suit so as to enable the plaintiffs to institute pre-institution mediation process before filing the suit. Counsel for the plaintiffs also prays for refund of the Court fee.

3. Heard learned counsel for the plaintiffs.

4. Leave is granted to the plaintiffs to withdraw the suit.

5. Accordingly, CS-COM/42/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps for pre-institution mediation process and on completion of the same if any occasion arises, the plaintiff is at liberty to file suit before the appropriate forum.

6. The department is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs are at liberty to use the said Court fee if any occasion arises to file the suit after the completion of the pre-institution mediation process.
