The Court:- Learned lawyer appearing for the defendants submits that the defendants have already vacated the suit premises and handed over possession of the same in favour of the plaintiffs. Learned lawyer appearing for the plaintiffs admits that the defendants have already handed over possession of the suit premises to the plaintiffs after vacating the same.

This Court, by order dated 13th May 2022, directed the parties to identify any belonging lying in the suit premises and if any belonging of the defendants is lying there, the plaintiffs shall hand over such belongings to the defendants by 8th June 2022.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that the plaintiffs will not proceed with the suit further. In view of the above, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. Thus, the suit and the applications stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
